Geological Sciences Consultancy Company (GeSCO) is a  Geological/Mineral Exploration, resource development and Research firm in Tanzania

GeSCO being a registered company, strives to be the high-quality service providing company in East Africa in the next 2 decades in provision of world-class geo-scientific services.

Initially, GeSCO formed to mobilize all shareholders (large and small scale), exploration and mining companies, the government as well as training institutions to work interactively with sole aim of making our world a best place to live.
Services offered by the company:

Currently GeSCO is providing three types of geo-scientific services:

(i) Economic-class services: These are routine services, simple in operation, less time demanding and require only basic understanding of the principles of geology/geo-science knowledge.

(ii) Business-class services: These are services that are time-consuming in nature (e.g. undertaking mineral exploration in a given area). The services would entail mobilization of various machinery, subcontracts of specialized expertise, special software, etc.

(iii) Geological Research/Academic services: These are services that aim at either solving a special problem from our customers or carrying out detailed investigation whose nature is more academic than commercial. These shall involve minimum fieldwork and extensive geological data management, processing, analysis, interpretation and as rule, report writing.
